CAMPUS BRAND AMBASSADOR REPRESENTATIVES
MAKE MONEY, HAVE FUN, BUILD A CAREER AND MAYBE AN EMPIRE.
Hey everyone…….are you Social Media savvy, love Sports and Pop Culture? If that’s a yes then right here, right now we’re looking for ambitious entrepreneurial players that want to make money immediately with the opportunity for a head start on an independent career.
The Campus Representative position is an 8-month assignment commencing the beginning of September running until the end of April.
In a nutshell we’re going to give you the ball and let you run with it while offering complete guidance from us. For the Reps that are killing it and having a blast they can feel free to keep on rolling outside the Campus and beyond the School year. We encourage that.
We don’t want to waste your time with a bunch of hype only to get answers on the last page about what we do. We deal with Intellectual Property concerning specific popular trademarks that we license out to use on apparel. That means you have an exclusive product that can’t be copied for legal commerce and that’s a good thing.
A prime example is a company called LIFE IS GOOD ™ out of Boston. There the only company that can apply that trademark to apparel and with that trademark they pull in an average of a 140 million a year. Oh yeah, half of those sales came from online customers.
So the question to ask is there any money in the trademark apparel business. ABSOLUTELY!
Amancio Ortega the principle founder and architect behind the Zara clothing dynasty has amassed a net worth of 72.9 Billion and is ranked one of the top four (4) Richest people in the world. Amancio shows that apparel can go toe to toe with any sector or industry in the world.
Forbes has Ralph Lauren showing a Market Capitalization of 12 Billion for 2015. Not bad for a company that trademarked a man on a horse playing Polo and started off by selling ties store to store.
In addition, young streetwear brands you may be familiar with like Neff, LRG plus The Hundreds are dancing just above and below the 100 million mark annually.
One of our personal favorites is a niche goods company called Johnny Cupcakes which runs a tidy little operation that brings in 4 to 5 million a year without selling to stores. These guys set up a handful of their own stores and move the goods online word of mouth. So far up to 2016 they haven’t formally spent $1.00 on advertising. Gotta love it.
So sticking with “The What” theme, brand ambassadors spread the word about our company within and around the campus community. Once again, for the Reps that have the hustle and want to pursue all opportunities within our brand portfolio beyond the 8-month assignment term our door is open for discussion.
“To be fair, it will take you another 10 minutes to read this through. Although, those 10 minutes will provide you with the full scope of what we do if you’re serious about being a campus rep.” -Nwlife Club
There’s a reason every company jumps on the chance to implement a brand ambassadorship program. It’s because they work. One aspect that differentiates us from other companies is you can build an account base to continue to operate as an independent affiliated Rep with earnings. That’s a little more than a pat on the back and thanks for coming out send off.
Here’s the thing, the following possible credential building experience you may pick up from doing this could almost appear as somewhat generic when compared with other Campus Brand Ambassador Representative Programs. That’s because those other Campus Rep programs are suggesting something truthful. Whatever program you do will have some crossover and similarities that will benefit you in the end.
The bottom line is you’ll definitely show some newly found experience within your life from before you entered any companies Rep program. The why for you is what you get out of it.
Personal Experience. Even with only a few months of brand ambassadorship under your belt, you’re experience will include how to connect with people, use social media for promotion, possible product ideas, marketing concepts and hopefully customer retention for your future earnings.
Personal Communication. Hand to hand small talk. Your level of engagement in those first few seconds are huge for a product first impression. Eventually, with repetition, you will hopefully be capable of conveying your message without sounding intrusive.
Personal Innovation. This is where the fun comes in if you are a creative individual or…………not. There is a reason why we suggested earlier about having a passion for sports and pop culture. The reason is the trademarks we own and the unlimited potential for mass appeal products to specific niche offerings. You just have to have a passion for something you like be it Hockey, Music, Fashion, Scary Movies, Super Heroes or just a good idea applied to one of our Intellectual Properties. So if you play Varsity Hockey then you have an outlet for Hockey Apparel. If you’re a Fashion Student you may want us to produce a limited production run aimed at girls. If you happen to be a fantastic Art Illustration student you may want to take one of our existing themes and do a re-edition for

Now if you are a Social Media Whiz then the sky’s the limit because you can target anyone anywhere right across the board. Now we do have an official pipeline of product for release season to season but because of our limited
Now we do have an official pipeline of product for release season to season but because of our limited ability, we can’t get around to everything we would like to do right now. Circling back to being creative or not being creative is just as good to us if you’re passionate. So if you think you have something good up your sleeve we’ll work on it together. On the flipside, we have a lot of projects sitting in our idea vault that would be great to work on with Campus Reps. That’s why we have participating individuals fill out a questionnaire of favorite interests, hobbies, sports, and likes. Doing something you like drives innovation.
Personal Independence. As mentioned previously, if you build customer momentum during your brand ambassadorship you will have the opportunity to move forward as an independent Rep. Absolutely no downside and the upside is up to you.
We try not to sound too repetitive but how you get things done is by living the brand everyday. Collaborating with other students, other Reps, organizing events, guerrilla marketing and in general just networking.
Passion. We’ve touched upon this that we want people that love what we do or love the category of goods that we offer to improve what we do. This way you’ll love what you do.
Flexibility. Flexibility will keep you relevant between flashy trends and changing markets. You will always have staples and essentials that will hold the test of time. None the less it’s always nice to keep it fresh simultaneously.
Organization. Organization will be the anchor of everything you do when looking for goal orientated results. Running a tight ship will assist you with everything you’re trying to implement and get done.
Motivation. The ability to focus on the large scheme while not being bothered by the little instances. A tunnel vision focus to find opportunities for growth with a willingness to fail. Not everything goes to plan making failure inevitable. It’s how you handle failure, learn from failure and move forward from failure. This represents the gas on the fire that propels the form of motivation to achieve what needs to be achieved.
Leadership. Leaders are approachable and assert confidence. Congregate people and assign roles. Learn from mistakes and inspire. This is as cliché as it gets but its true. We don’t have all the answers, so when it goes well that’s great and when it goes bad usually there are the tell tales to help you make the adjustments needed for a favorable result. That’s learning. Learning creates experience. Experience creates leadership.
Network. The passion, being flexible, well organized and motivated are the traits to build a network. Network as much as you can because almost everyone of all ages wears T-shirts, Hoodies and Hats. We’ve touched upon what you need for how to do this but let’s now move into the fun part. How do you physically make this happen?
Right from the go you can make money just by handing out and promoting your rep code which provides discounts for friends, family and all who will listen. Now that’s a good start, but a step up is turning your friends onto making some money as a distributor for you.
It just doesn’t have to be friends. Promote company awareness by building relationships with key clubs and social groups on campus.
Here’s the equation:
All of our current trademarks and upcoming trademarks resonate with the general public. Applying these trademarks to what we call our rubix cube theory creates an infinitive amount of possibilities. As in, mixing trademarks with current events, pop culture, music, movies and sports. This leaves no one out.
Finally, first in and ground floor reps on any program truly sets up a “Sky’s The Limit” venture. You get to cut all the neighbors grass without worrying about the kid down the street taking your business.
Here’s what we’re trying to do with you:
We’ve built a holistic collection under the theme of action sports which in essence is our generality shirts. Basic graphic and scenario apparel that most people get. We had some strong interest from major retailers about developing the line to bring it to market. We also had some success with a selected group of Mom and Pop shops.
Dipping our toes in the pool with retail gave us the EUREKA moment. We decided that we be better off to work with students for development, distribution and marketing being that students are our primary customer as well as yours. Unlike all the random shirt sites that promote making your own shirt or selling knock off images of copyrighted material. We want to keep it tight like a real brand.
So when you put the word out for us, those recipients have access to our in-house authentic line of the NW Life Collection and our Big Fun Editions promotional shirts. In addition, our Beer Girls and Big Leagues series which covers Hockey, Football, Baseball and Basketball will also be made available.
There you have it……..promoting an official annual branded collection that covers a lot of bases for our general audience. That’s a start but here’s where it get’s interesting. We haven’t even scratched the surface yet, but if you’re looking to take this beyond the weekend warrior representative to a full out blitz as an independent business within our Eco System then keep on reading.
Turning My Campus Rep Position Into A Business
To be crystal clear, we don’t care if we sound like a broken record. The reason why we suggest this is our collection and trademarks are truly at the starting line to be launched on a wide open fresh market. A global untapped territory. Categories, genres, niches and specialty products we haven’t even rolled out yet.
Idea’s we bring to you and idea’s you bring to us.
Great Ways To Be A Top Rep
Rep Promotional Code. Right away you receive an exclusive promotional discount code. This is a marketing practice your probably familiar with. People use your code to save money and you make money by them using it. Just from friends and family alone you can pick up a few bucks.
Rep Associate Code. It’s pretty clear you can make some money by just tipping off your inside circle. Imagine what could be accomplished if you built a team of associates to put it out there. A rep associate code allows your recruits to make money while making you more revenue.
This is the next level of targeting for loyal customers, the initiation of Rep Associates, Brand Events, Guerilla Marketing Campaigns, Rep Code Posters, Hosting Parties and Trunk Shows.
Obviously, go all out with a Social Media blitz as above mentioned. Just work the usual suspects as in Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Vlogs, Blogs, Instagram, Forums, Online Magazines and whatever else. Half of this stuff will probably be obsolete by the time you read this so just go with what works.
Rep Demographic Targeting. We’ve gone over how to target. Now let’s review what to target. Everything. Specifically what works for you. Here we go……..the stereotypes that will never die. A campus still has the Jocks, Nerds, Divas, Rockers, Hip Hoppers, Stoners, Loners and everyone else that falls between the cracks.
If you love sports, target varsity jocks. If you love girls target Divas. If you’re a Diva, target Nerds. So the world turns. No boundaries or borders when everyone likes something different. For very ambitious Reps that have built a Rep Associate Network, a complete Social Media Eco System as well as a Loyal Customer following, we’ve yet to introduce a very special opportunity.
Rep Special Edition Products. Essentially your brand within our brand. Many people enjoy a recognized brand. Better yet, is a special edition or limited release within that brand.
Look, we’ve assembled some of the best printers concerning quality and price to produce the designs on the products. We’ve rounded up great manufacturers for procurement of the apparel and soft goods to supply the products for the designs.
Furthermore, we have a fantastic in-house illustrator and great industry contacts within the top tier illustration world as well.
We have what you need to support your idea’s.
What’s this mean to you? Leveraging your Rep Associates and loyal following into consumer purchasing power.
Anything over a hundred units we’ll co-develop, specialize, adjust color schemes, tweak existing designs or any other process to make the product unique for you as deemed appropriate.
This is a big step up from all the shirt websites that promote clip art template products and random designs for sale without any cohesive branding. Instead of a bunch of singular shirts trying to see the light of day. Our objective is to present your partnered project offering developed with us as something special.
From this point you can work off your strengths. Whatever circles you hang with. Whatever topics you love or interests you pursue, other people most likely enjoy that same content as well. Together we can set up product that will appeal to those same people.
That’s what we refer to as playing to your strengths. We see so many untapped niches that we need help to illuminate.
So that kind of sums up what we’re doing as a Campus Rep Program. On the light side, move a few fun shirts, maybe learn something, have fun, make some friends and make some money.
On the heavy duty side, move a ton of product, build a fun business, build a network of friends, build loyal customers and build financial independence. Then after that…….do what you want, literally!
Hey, just fill in the answers to the following questions to help us get you set up to do big things……..hopefully!
